  Extremely rude, especially when you have to stand and wait for the angry and un-polite receptionist to get off the phone while she is making social calls to her friends, which is apparently more important than serving customers, then there are the 2 men that work there, one is very nice & helpful, but the other is well known around town for being extremely rude, unhelpful & angry, you will know which one he is straight away! The biggest problem is the overcharging, all there products are years out of date and are still sold to customers for over 300% of the retail price, look up the items before you buy! they will try to sell you the oldest stock for the highest price. I would recommend Eagle Eyed PC store instead, as they are the opposite, extremely friendly, and extremely honest.
